  3. Summary

Since 2018, I have run CopperAndCraft and sold its products mainly abroad. Most orders have gone to the USA. Etsy revenue for 2018–2026 is approximately equivalent to more than PLN 5 million, converted from US dollars.

What the figures show

  • More than 4,000 sales, according to the shop’s public counter.
  • Revenue equivalent to approximately over PLN 5 million, converted from USD at the Polish central bank’s exchange rate — details on the homepage.
  • The USA is the main shipping destination.
  • An average rating of 4.9/5.

These figures relate to sales of products from my own brand, CopperAndCraft. They are not a guarantee of results for other shops.

For the source and conversion details, see the figures on the homepage. You can also visit CopperAndCraft on Etsy.

Sales counter and rating: the shop’s public figures as of 12 October 2026. The public sales counter is not the number of orders. Revenue from my Etsy Shop Manager records for 2018–2026: US$1,339,143.90. Converting the entire amount at the NBP rate of PLN 3.9022 per US dollar on 9 October 2026 gives approximately PLN 5,225,607.33. This is an illustration using a single exchange rate, not historical accounting revenue in PLN. Revenue is not profit. These figures do not update automatically.

What this means in practice

Through thousands of shipments to the USA, I have learned:

  • how to pack and protect delicate products made from copper, brass and glass,
  • what shipping and customs information buyers need,
  • how to answer US customers’ questions about materials, dimensions and delivery times,
  • how to handle returns and complaints remotely.

I apply this experience when preparing Etsy shops and supporting migrations to Shopify.

Summary

Years of selling mainly to the USA have given me practical knowledge of logistics, product presentation and the expectations of international customers. At Domin Commerce, I translate that experience into clearly defined services, without promising specific results.
