AUTOMATION & AI

Less repetition.
More organised work.

Automation for manufacturers, stores and service businesses. Start with one process: an enquiry, a quote or product catalogue preparation.

TWO PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

What can we simplify?

First I review your information and business rules. Then we define the scope and check whether the required connections are feasible.

01 / ENQUIRIES & QUOTES

From a message
to a draft proposal.

Organise parameters, identify missing information and calculate prices using your rules. The reply is prepared for your approval.

02 / PRODUCT CATALOGUES

Consistent information.
Ready for another market.

Prepare titles, descriptions and product specifications, localise units and organise data for an agreed import.

HOW WE BEGIN

A small scope.
A clear way to test it.

A pilot should show how the solution handles real cases before it becomes part of day-to-day work.

1. Understand the process

We identify data sources, steps, exceptions and the expected output. Anonymous examples are enough for an initial assessment.

2. Pilot one task

We check access to the required systems and test agreed scenarios. Someone familiar with your offering reviews the results.

3. Review and handover

We test valid and invalid inputs. You receive an explanation of operation, limitations, external costs and how to stop the process.

4. Expand after evaluation

Notifications, CRM statuses and further connections can follow. Additional scope is quoted separately.

A clear quote
before work starts.

Pricing follows a review of the process, data quality and required connections. We agree the pilot scope, acceptance tests and revision rounds.

What is agreed separately?

Platform subscriptions, AI usage fees, additional integrations, maintenance and monitoring after launch. Any claimed savings need to be measured first.

Read the guide before deciding ↗

Before we begin

Do we automate the whole business at once?

No. The first scope covers one clearly defined task. Expansion follows an assessment of results and exceptions.

Does AI decide the price?

Approved rules and rates determine the price. AI may help organise information or draft a reply, but it should not invent amounts.

Are replies sent automatically?

The initial scope produces drafts for review. Automatic sending requires a separate agreement covering rules, permissions and error handling.

What automation experience do you have?

For CopperAndCraft, I used automated content preparation and localisation while moving hundreds of listings from Etsy to Shopify. Enquiry and quote automation is offered as individually scoped pilots; the demonstration is not a client implementation reference.

LET’S TALK

What would you
like to simplify?

Describe what you currently do manually, where the information comes from and what the output should be. We will define a sensible first step.
