DOMIN COMMERCE / ABOUT ME

Bartosz Domin. From my own product to your project.

I created CopperAndCraft and built its Etsy shop from the ground up. At Domin Commerce, I combine that experience with designing websites and online shops.

I took this path myself first.

I have been developing CopperAndCraft and selling my own products on Etsy since 2018. I have worked on the product range, descriptions, presentation and international sales. That means daily experience with a real product: its price, how it is made and what customers expect from it.

Product presentation has also meant preparing my own photographs. With copper and brass, images need to convey the texture, patina and character of the metal. I know how important it is to show a material clearly, so customers understand what they are buying — both on Etsy and in an independent shop.

International shipping is another part of that experience. I have shipped more than 4,000 products worldwide, including to the USA. Along the way, I have worked with protective packaging and selected shipping partners suited to the products and routes.

The next step was my own Shopify store and preparing the catalogue for new markets. I transferred hundreds of listings, standardised content and measurements, and organised the catalogue structure. I also developed a German version and a product feed. Etsy continues to operate as a separate sales channel.

Working on my own shop taught me which details help customers make decisions: showing the material, explaining the options, setting realistic expectations about installation and care, and not promising more than the product can deliver. I apply the same principle to client work: fewer general claims and more concrete information that reduces uncertainty before a purchase.

What that means for your project

  • When starting on Etsy, I focus on listings that answer common questions about materials, dimensions, installation and differences between individual pieces.
  • With Shopify and catalogue migrations, I keep measurements, option names and product information consistent across channels. Contradictions lead to avoidable questions and confusion.
  • For B2B websites, I organise the offer so technical buyers can find the relevant specifications and request a quote without searching through scattered information.

Three different tasks. One shared approach.

CopperAndCraft demonstrates my experience of building a product brand and developing its sales. PREC-METAL is an example of my work on a manufacturer’s B2B website for my own business. Słój is a clearly labelled concept for a fictional furniture studio, showing a design direction rather than a completed client commission.

I help choose the scope that fits how your customer selects and orders a product. Sometimes that calls for an audit; sometimes a store with a shopping cart; and sometimes a clear catalogue with an enquiry form.

I manage the project personally. Before we start, we agree the materials, scope, price, schedule and approval process. Additional tasks are agreed in advance rather than silently treated as an unlimited part of the package.
