What do I need to prepare?
Product information, current photographs, prices and your main questions. For an audit, we agree the shop URL, five listings and the statistics needed. Access is arranged for specific tasks; please do not email passwords.
Can I start with an audit or a consultation?
Yes. The Etsy Audit is a standalone review with a PDF and a review call. A consultation can help clarify your direction first. Any later implementation has its own scope and price; audit and consultation fees are not automatically credited against it.
Which costs are separate?
Only the work expressly described is included. Third-party fees, additional languages, photo shoots and further features are agreed separately in advance. Prices exclude VAT and are intended for business customers.
How we get started
Send a few sentences about your product, current position and desired next step. We check whether the package fits and agree the materials, schedule and approval process.
For implementation projects, 50% is due before work begins and 50% after approval, before publication. Audits and consultations are paid in advance. For implementation work, I correct errors in my own work within the agreed scope for 30 days after approval. New features and later content changes are agreed separately.
Included in the price
The work described in your package, preparation of the agreed materials, and the revision rounds, reports or training expressly listed.
Agreed separately
New photography, additional languages, extensive copywriting, larger catalogues and specialist integrations. Platform subscriptions, domain, hosting, paid themes, apps and advertising budgets are separate costs.
